Shipping Rates

For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 will be applied at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders above ₹199. A nominal fee of ₹50 will be added to your order for COD services.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer, and we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Address

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

NewGem is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the courier. If you have concerns about your delivery, please contact the courier directly or reach out to us for assistance.
